Global Schools Advocates Program

What is this opportunities? 

Global Schools Advocates are teachers who lead the implementation of the Global Schools Program in their schools. They will develop and execute a long-term plan to integrate the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), global citizenship, and 21st-century skills into the school's curriculum and operations. Advocates will receive free online training, connect with other educators, and participate in monthly workshops and discussions on SDGs and Education for Sustainable Development (ESD). They will also be at the forefront of the UN's global movement for sustainable development.

Eligibility

- teachers at primary or secondary school worldwide

- high level of English to complete the Advocates Training and engage with the global network.

- Willingness to commit a minimum of 5 hours per week

- Passion for the mission of the sustainable development goals and the Paris Climate Agreement.

- Willingness to learn and engage with a global community of teachers.

- Ability to inspire others and willingness to motivate other teachers and faculty
