What is the opportunity? 

Our world faces unprecedented challenges: the climate crisis, pervasive racial injustice, gender-based violence, widening economic divides, and more.  Women are essential to solving these problems, both locally and globally. For over 25 years, Vital Voices Global Partnership has invested in women leaders tackling these very issues.  We've cultivated a network of 20,000 changemakers spanning 184 countries, all working to create a more equitable world.

At Vital Voices, we act as "venture catalysts." We identify women leaders with bold visions for change and partner with them to turn those visions into reality. Through long-term investments, we help them scale and accelerate their impact by expanding their skills, networks, capacity, and visibility. We recognize that women lead differently, and we champion the qualities that make their leadership transformative: inclusion, equity, and a dedication to dismantling barriers.

Program Timeline

All participants chosen will attend twice-monthly virtual meetings from May to July 2025 in addition to regularly-scheduled mentoring meetings. There will be an in-person gathering in Washington, DC - dates to be confirmed (travel costs covered by the program).

• Build leadership and confidence through tailored skills-building trainings and community-building sessions
• Receive an invitation to attend an in-person convening in Washington, DC (with all travel expenses covered)
• Have the opportunity to apply for grant funding for their projects
• Receive mentorship from experienced Stuart Weitzman leaders and members of the Vital Voices network
• Join the Vital Voices global network of more than 20,000 women leaders from around the world

Eligibility

 The 2025 Bold Movers cohort is looking for participants who are:

• Mid-career social impact leaders
• Pivoting or changing their career path
• Clearly dedicated to leadership and leadership growth
• Interested in connecting to a network of like-minded leaders
